Our company performs a rigorous background check for each applicant. The fee for application is $55 for each lease holder. Our service will pull a credit report, verify rental history (if applicable), pull a criminal report for all states, and verify income.
What we ask of each applicant, is to have:
- a copy of their valid GA Drivers License (unless recently relocating)
- a copy of their most recent income statement
- a full and complete application

Application typically only takes a few hours if all information is supplied to us in full.
